The concept of Smart Sustainability is rooted in the recognition that the world faces significant environmental challenges\, including climate change\, resource depletion\, and pollution. These challenges require a comprehensive and integrated approach that leverages the latest technological advancements to promote sustainable practices and mitigate the negative impacts of human activity on the environment. \nWe cordially extend an invitation to a diverse community of thought leaders\, researchers\, practitioners\, and innovators to convene and explore the areas where smart technologies and sustainable practices can converge. Our ultimate objective is to create a more sustainable future\, and we firmly believe that by exchanging ideas\, promoting partnerships\, and generating innovative solutions\, we can achieve this goal. The Graduate School of Business at Universiti Sains Malaysia is pleased to invite you to participate in The 4th International Conference on Business Sustainability and Innovation\, scheduled to be held from October 3rd to 4th\, 2024 at Olive Tree Hotel\, Penang. The conference will provide a forum for this exchange\, and we welcome all who are interested in transcending geographical and disciplinary boundaries to join us. \nThe conference’s main theme is “Smart Sustainability: Navigating the Future with Innovation and Resilience”. We welcome papers on any subject related to smart technology\, business sustainability\, business innovation\, and academic approaches to business sustainability. All accepted papers will be published in MyCite indexed journals. Selected papers will be considered for publication in Scopus/ERA indexed journals. \n
