Biography

Cheng Ling Tan, DBA, is an Associate Professor of Operations and Innovation Management at the Graduate School of Business at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. She provides lectures on operations and service management. She supervises MBA, DBA, and PhD students in the field of knowledge management, innovations, operations management, supply chain management, and quality management. She leads a number of research grants and has actively published in various referred indexed journals internationally. Previously, she was a global supply chain quality consultant, as well as a quality department manager for more than 10 years with two multinational companies in Malaysia.
