Alhamdullilah, praise to Allah SWT! With His blessings, the Graduate School of Business (GSB) is a reality today. As the founding Dean of the School, I am honored to have this opportunity. To me personally, this new task is an “amanah” bestowed upon me to be carried out with responsibility. I know I have to meet up to the expectations, as the graduates from our MBA & DBA programmes are our pride and sense of image.
Over the years, the MBA and DBA programmes have nurtured excellence and impart invaluable knowledge to our graduates. With a multi-talented, committed, dedicated, & a sincere team insyaallah, there will be no impossibilities and hurdles that could not be resolved.

In addition to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, over the last decade-and-a-half, the MSC initiative has contributed to the formation of a new administrative capital city, Putrajaya, and a major urban IT hub in the form of Cyberjaya. In conjunction with other economic development initiatives such as the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP), the MSC was designed to play a key role in the nation's Vision 2020 drive, with policymakers drawing much inspiration from the successful Silicon Valley model in California, one of the world's leading innovative high-tech centres.
