Haniruzila Hanifah holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Her research interests include entrepreneur’s behaviour, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), Innovation, Human Resource Management, and technology management. She has published her research in various Indexed Journals. In addition, she was involved in reviewing articles as well as presented her research articles locally and internationally. Currently, Haniruzila is a Senior Lecturer at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
