The Accounting and Governance cluster at GSB, USM conducts and disseminates both fundamental and applied research in the areas of accounting, auditing, accountability, sustainability reporting, governance, performance, disclosure, and risk management. Through its research and effort, the cluster strives to promote relevant accounting for its impact on the academic literature, accounting practice, policymaking, securities regulation, and elsewhere.
